MEXICAN RICE | |
1 lb. hamburger meat 1 celery stick 1 green pepper 1 yellow onion 8 oz. Contadina tomato sauce 1 can stewed tomatoes 8 oz, can of water Garlic salt Pepper Salt 1 tsp. or more of hot sauce Butter and rice Brown hamburger meat. Cut celery, green pepper and onion in small pieces. Saute in butter. Stir in tomato sauce, water and stewed tomatoes. Add hamburger meat. Add 1 teaspoon of hot sauce. Stir well and simmer 20 to 30 minutes. Make 1 cup of rice. Mix rice and sauce in casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. |
