LIMELIGHT VEGETABLE MOLD 
2 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jello
2 c. commercial sour cream
2 c. shredded carrots
2 c. diced celery
1/4 c. chopped pimento
Carrot curls & celery fans to garnish with

In medium bowl dissolve Jello in 1 1/2 cups boiling water. Chill to thickness of egg whites. Beat on low speed until smooth. Beat in sour cream until smooth. Fold in remaining ingredients. Pour in a 1 quart mold dish. Chill until firm. Invert on plate and garnish.
