BLENDER GREEN PEPPER MEATBALLS 
1 cleaned whole green pepper
1 onion
1 egg

Put the above in blender and liquify. 1/4 c. cracker crumbs 1/2 c. minute rice Salt & pepper

In a bowl mix the above.

Mix meat and liquified ingredients together. Form into large meatballs. Arrange into single layer on shallow baking pan. Pour 1 can Hunts tomato sauce special and 1 cup of water over the meatballs. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. When ready to serve, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
