MEXICAN PIZZA 
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 (8 oz.) jar Picante sauce
6 flour tortillas
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 (16 oz.) can refried beans with green chilies
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Brown ground beef with onion in skillet, stirring until crumbly; drain. Add garlic and Picante sauce. Brush tortillas on both sides with butter. Place in 12 inch pizza pan, overlapping to cover bottom. Broil until lightly browned and crisp. Spread with beans; top with ground beef and cheeses. Reduce temperature to 450 degrees. Bake for 10 minutes. Yield: 8 servings.
