PARMESAN BREAD 
2 loaves frozen bread dough
2 c. Parmesan grated cheese
1 1/2 sticks butter

Thaw dough. Pinch off into walnut sized balls. Dip in butter and roll in cheese. Place gently in the bottom of a greased angel food cake pan. Let rise until about 1 inch above pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. It should be golden brown and sound hollow when done. Let cool 20 minutes. Turn on rack to cool.
