2 sticks butter
1 c. hot water
4 tbsp. cocoa
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. baking soda

FROSTING:

1 stick butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
6 tbsp. milk
1 c. chopped nuts
1 box confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Crust: Bring to boil butter, water and cocoa. Remove from heat and add flour, sugar and salt. Beat in eggs, sour cream and soda. Pour into greased cookie sheet with sides. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-22 minutes.

Frosting: Bring to boil butter, cocoa, milk and chopped nuts. Remove from heat and add confectioners' sugar and vanilla. Spread on cake immediately.
