CHICKEN YVONNE 
12 pieces chicken (thighs and breasts)
2 cans Campbells Golden Mushroom Soup
1 pt. sour cream
3/4 tsp. Beau Monde (Spice Island)

Salt and pepper chicken lightly. Mix soup, sour cream and Beau Monde together. Place pieces of chicken in large baking dish. Cover with soup mixture. Cover baking dish with aluminum foil. Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours. Remove foil and bake 1/2 hour or until lightly browned. Serve with rice.
