STRAWBERRY PRETZEL SALAD 
2 2/3 c. unsalted pretzels
3 tbsp. sugar
3/4 c. butter
20 to 26 oz. frozen strawberries
1 large strawberry Jell-O
8 oz. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
12 oz. Cool Whip

Chop pretzels in food processor until fine. Blend with sugar and butter. Press into 9 x 13 pan and bake 10 minutes in 350°F oven. Cool.

Blend softened cream cheese, sugar and Cool Whip until smooth. Spread over cooled pretzel mixture and place in refrigerator. Cut up the frozen strawberries and put bowl in freezer.

Dissolve 1 large strawberry jello with 2 1/2 cups boiling water. Put hot jello into frozen strawberries. Stir until thickened. Pour over other mixture. Chill.
