1 1/4 c. sugar
1 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. Bisquick baking mix
1/3 c. butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9-inch pie plate. Beat all until smooth. Bake about 30 minutes or until set.
