CHICKEN DRIED BEEF 
6 chicken breasts, cut in half
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 pkg. dried beef
1 1/2 c. sour cream
12 bacon strips
3 oz. cream cheese

Layer bottom of pan with dried beef. Pepper the chicken (no salt) and lay a strip of bacon over each piece of chicken. Cover with mixture of cream cheese, sour cream and soup. Cover lightly with foil. Bake 2 hours at 325 degrees. Remove foil last 15 minutes to brown slightly. Serve over rice. Serves 12.
