MINI MEATBALLS 
1 lb. hamburger
2 tbsp. tapioca
2 eggs
Little salt and pepper
Few shakes celery salt
5 shakes garlic salt
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 - 2 tbsp. ketchup
1 chopped med. onion

Shape into meatballs; cook in oil about 1/2 hour. Keep turning until brown. Remove from oil and put in hot spaghetti sauce.

Put in hot dog buns and sprinkle with cheese for meatball sub.
