BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lb. beef sirloin
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. butter
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
1/2 lb. mushrooms
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 minced garlic cloves
1/2 c. cooking sherry

Cut meat in 1/2 inch strips coat with flour and salt. Brown in butter and garlic in skillet. Saute sliced mushrooms in butter. Add remaining ingredients, except sour cream. Cook 30 minutes or until meat is tender. Add sour cream last 10 minutes. Serve over noodles, mashed potatoes or rice.
