CHICKEN ORIENTAL SALAD 
3 c. cooked chicken, diced
1 (5 oz.) can waterchestnuts
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. candied ginger
2 tbsp. parsley
1 tbsp. green onions

Mix the above ingredients together and place on top of a plate of butter, lettuce and a pineapple slice. Then top the chicken mixture with chow mein noodles.
