CHICKEN ORIENTAL SALAD 
4 c. cooked chicken
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges
1 (15 oz.) can pineapple chunks
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. sliced green olives
1 tbsp. chopped onions
5 oz. pkg. chow mein noodles

DRESSING:

1 c. mayo
1 tbsp. mustard

Drain fruit really good. Add salad ingredients: chicken, oranges, pineapple, green pepper, celery, green olives and onions. Mix and chill. Just before serving add dressing and chow mein noodles. Optional: cashews, pea pods, water chestnuts. Double the recipe for a large crowd.
