PERSIMMON PUDDING | |
1 pt. persimmon pulp 2 1/2 c. sugar 1 stick butter 4 eggs 1 c. self-rising flour 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring Dash of nutmeg 1 c. buttermilk 1/2 c. grated sweet potatoes Mix all ingredients until smooth. Pour into greased and floured deep pan. Cook at 300 degrees for approximately 1 hour. |
