2 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. milk
3 egg whites
1 tsp. baking powder
1 can coconut
1 can pineapple
1 c. cherries
1 c. pecans
1 c. white raisins

Blend the butter and sugar, then egg whites, one at a time. Sift the flour and baking powder. Add alternately with milk to butter and sugar. Now, add the coconut, pineapple, cherries, nuts and raisins. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes or until done.
