2 c. flour 4 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 5 tbsp. butter 2/3 c. milk Mix flour, baking powder and salt together; cut in butter. Add milk. Turn out on lightly floured board; roll 3/4 inch thick. Cut with sharp cutter. Place in greased tin and bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes. Cookies may be sprinkled with a mixture of cinnamon and granulated artificial sweetener before baking. |
