MARINADE SALMON 
1 can chicken broth
1 tbsp. chopped onion
2 tbsp. cooking oil
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. cooking sherry
1/2 garlic clove
Salmon fillets

For marinade, in a saucepan combine the chicken broth, chopped onion, oil, soy sauce, cooking sherry and garlic. Bring the mixture to boiling, reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered for 10 minutes.

Thaw fish if frozen. Place fish in container and pour marinade over fish. Marinade for 1 or 2 days. Broil in oven until fish flakes.
