1 box light brown sugar
1 stick melted butter
3-4 eggs
2 tbsp. corn meal
2 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. vanilla
Pinch of salt
2 c. pecans

Pour in unbaked pastry shell. Bake at 300 degrees for 45 minutes. Makes 2. You could also use the small muffin tin. Makes nice basket full of goodies.
