AUNT OPALS PANS - IT | |
4 boneless chicken breast cut into bite-size pieces 1 c. thinly sliced carrots 1 c. shredded cabbage 1 c. fresh green beans, cut into bite-size 1 c. fresh snow peas, cut into bite-size 1 c. fresh cauliflower buds, bite-size 1 c. fresh broccoli, cut into bite-size 3 pkg. Ramen Oriental noodles (chicken flavor) Have all this ready then use a large pan with a lid. Heat enough oil to cover bottom of pan. Add chicken and sizzle until white or slightly brown, lid on. Add carrots, cabbage and beans; sizzle a minute or two. Add snow peas, cauliflower, broccoli, cover and sizzle a few minutes. Add 1 cup or 1 1/2 cups water. Add broken up noodles and season packet; stir and cover. Cook a minute or two or until noodles are barely done. Don't over cook. Ready to eat. |
