BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 eggs
1 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
Crushed potato chips

Cook broccoli as directed on package; drain. Combine soup, eggs, mayonnaise and cheese; mix well. Add broccoli. Pour into buttered casserole and bake in oven, 350 degrees, until set. Remove from oven, cover with chips and bake until light brown. 4 servings.
