PHYLLIS' POTATO SOUP 
6 med. potatoes
1 can cream of celery soup
1 1/2 tbsp. diced onion
2 tbsp. diced or shaved carrots
11 oz. milk
2 tbsp. butter
Salt & pepper to taste

Peel potatoes and cut into small bite-size pieces. Boil in water just enough to cover potatoes. Boil until water gets thick. Stir and add water as necessary. Do not drain. Add can of cream of celery soup, onions, carrots and milk. Simmer about 10 minutes. Add butter.
