POTATO SOUP 
6 med. potatoes, cut in 1/2" cubes
2 med. carrots, cut fine
2 med. celery stalks, cut fine
1/2 pkg. dry onion soup mix
4 c. half & half
3 tbsp. flour
2 1/2 c. water
Salt, pepper & garlic powder to taste

Mix onion soup and water in large saucepan. Add carrots, celery and potatoes. Boil 20 minutes or until potatoes are cooked. Mix 3 tablespoons flour in 1/4 cup of milk and add to potatoes. Cook until thickened. Add 4 cups half and half. Add seasoned salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste. If soup is too thick, add less flour or more milk. Cook until hot, but do not boil.
