PORK STIR FRY WITH LINGUINE 
1 lb. boneless pork, sliced thin
4 oz. linguine
1 tbsp. cooking oil
1 clove garlic, minced
6 oz. pkg. snow peas
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. dry basil
Dash nutmeg
1/3 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
1 (4 oz.) can mushroom slices

Cook linguine, reserve warm. Heat skillet, add oil, stir fry garlic. Add peapods. Stir fry 2 minutes. Remove from pan. Add 1/2 pork and cook 3-4 minutes. Remove, add rest of pork. Cook 3-4 minutes. Remove from pan.

Heat milk, basil and nutmeg. Add cheese. Cook and stir until cheese melts. Stir in pea pods, pork and mushrooms. Heat through. Remove from heat, add linguine and toss to heat. Serve with salad and bread.
