CHOCOLATE COCONUT FUDGE 
6 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1 tbsp. cocoa
1 lg. can evaporated milk
1 can flaked coconut or 1 pkg. frozen coconut
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Mix sugar and cocoa; add milk and butter. Cook over medium to high heat until it forms a firm ball when dropped in cold water. Add coconut. After a few minutes, remove from heat; add vanilla and beat until it begins to thicken. Pour into 2 buttered platters. Cut when cool.
