BROCCOLI CASSEROLE | |
2 pkgs. frozen broccoli, cooked 1/4 lb. butter 1 c. stuffing mix 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can French fried onion rings Grated cheese Cook the broccoli. Save 1 cup of liquid. Melt butter and mix with stuffing. Grease 1 1/2-quart casserole; place broccoli in bottom, then layer of stuffing. Next a layer of onion rings and then a layer of soup. Repeat until all is gone and then put the liquid from the broccoli over it. Sprinkle the grated cheese on top. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. |
