1 box yellow cake mix 1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese 1 can crushed pineapple, unsweetened Cool Whip 1 c. sugar Bake cake in 9"x13" pan according to directions. Cool. Mix pineapple and sugar, heat until sugar dissolves. Cool. Poke holes on top of cake with fork. Pour cooled pineapple over cake. Mix pudding, milk and cream cheese. Spread over cake and top with Cool Whip and chopped nuts or fresh strawberries. |
