CHOCOLATE POUND CAKE I 
1/2 c. Crisco
1/2 c. butter
3 c. sugar
5 eggs
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. milk
5 tbsp. cocoa
3/4 c. pecans

Cream Crisco, butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time. Sift flour, cocoa, salt and baking powder. Add alternately with milk, add pecans. Pour in greased pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

ICING:

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 box powdered sugar
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla

Blend together, add milk if needed to spread.
