FILLED PIZZA 
Pizza dough or frozen bread dough (enough for 2 crusts)
1 lb. brick cheese, sliced or grated
Pepperoni, sliced
1 lb. pieces mozzarella cheese, sliced or grated
6 green peppers, sliced thin and lightly sauteed
1 1/2 lbs. hot or sweet sausage, fried loose or sliced
Oil
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder
Parsley flakes
Oregano

Prepare pizza dough, enough for 2 layers or use frozen bread dough (2). Press one layer of dough which has been greased well with oil in 13 x 15 inch cookie sheet. Add a layer of brick cheese (sliced or grated). Add a layer of pepperoni sliced thin. Add a layer of mozzarella cheese, then add strips of green peppers which have been slightly sauteed. Finally add cooked hot or sweet sausage (fried loose or sliced) on top of everything. Top with other layer of dough, seal edges well and prick with fork. Drizzle oil over dough and season with garlic powder, salt, pepper, parsley flakes and oregano. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or desired browness. Cut into serving squares.
