COOKIE PIZZA 
3/4 c. packed light brown sugar
1/4 c. butter flavored Crisco
1 egg
1 tbsp. water
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. Reese's peanut butter chips
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. Hershey's semi-sweet chips
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease 12-inch round pizza pan. In large bowl, beat sugar and shortening until creamy. Add egg, water and vanilla; beat well. In separate bowl stir together flour, soda and salt; add to sugar mxiture, beating on low speed until well blended. Stir in peanut butter chips.

Spread batter in pan to within 1/2 inch of edge. Bake 11 to 13 minutes. Remove from oven. Sprinkle marshmallows, chocolate chips and pecans over top. Return to oven. Bake for 5 to 7 minutes or until marshmallows are lightly browned. Cool completely. Drizzle chocolate drizzle on top and orange drizzle on top of chocolate. Let stand 1 hour. Cut.

CHOCOLATE DRIZZLE:

1/4 c. Hershey's semi-sweet chips
1 1/2 tsp. butter flavored Crisco

Microwave at medium for 1 minute; stir. If necessary, microwave at medium an additional 15 seconds at a time, stirring after each heating just until chips are melted.

ORANGE DRIZZLE:

1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 tbsp. water
3 drops yellow food coloring
2 drops red food color

Stir until well blended. Cookie pizza can be baked in 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 18 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
