CHOCOLATE PUDDING DESSERT 
2/3 c. flour
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 stick butter
1 c. chopped walnuts
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip
1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding

Mix first 4 ingredients together and pat on bottom of 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes; cool. Whip next 3 ingredients together and spread over crust. Prepare pudding and mix together. Pour on top and refrigerate until firm. Top with Cool Whip and shaved chocolate curls or sprinkle nuts on top.
