CHINESE TUNA SALAD 
You will love this!!

2 (5 oz. ea.) cans tuna, drained
2 cups diced celery
1 small green pepper, diced
1 (16 oz.) bag frozen green peas (I use two handfuls from a large bag)
1 (6 oz.) jar green olives
chopped onion, to taste
1 cup mayonnaise (Hellmann's or Best Foods)
1 can chow mein noodles (I buy the big bag instead)

Mix everything together except the chow mein noodles.

Note: Can mix noodles in just before serving but if there is leftovers they will get soggy so I put a handful of noodles on my plate then a heaping spoonful of salad on top.

Refrigerate any leftovers.
