KELLIE'S POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 lg. pkg. hash browns
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
2 sticks butter
1 c. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can Cheddar cheese soup or 1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
2 cans cornflakes or Rice Krispies

Place hash browns in large casserole dish, sprinkle onions over hash browns and drizzle 1 stick of butter over them. Add salt and pepper. Mix sour cream, soup, Cheez Whiz (or cheese soup) and spread over potatoes. Mix the corn flakes with 1 stick of melted butter and sprinkle over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
