KOREAN CHICKEN 
3 lb. chicken, skin off
2 tbsp. oil
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. honey
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. powdered ginger
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 c. minced chives

Prepare sauce and marinate skinned chicken for several hours or overnight in 9x13 inch pan. Cover with foil and bake for 1 1/2 hours in 325 degree oven. Uncover and brown.
