MURREL'S EASY PORK CHOP
CASSEROLE
 
5 or 6 lean pork chops
2 cans French onion soup
1 can cream of celery soup
2 1/2 c. raw rice
Parsley
Shallots
Lots of celery leaves
Hot sauce
Garlic powder
Onion powder

Lay pork chops on bottom of large pot. In mixing bowl, combine ingredients above. Pour on top of pork chops. Cover pot. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
