GRAM'S BAR-B-Q SAUCE 
3/4 c. water
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. crushed tomatoes
1/2 tsp. pepper
3 tbsp. dry onion soup mix
2 tbsp. sugar

Combine vinegar and soup mix in saucepan on low heat. Add remaining ingredient. Bring to a boil, stir occasionally. Cook on simmer for 1 hour. Bottle or use today.
