WHITE CHRISTMAS SALAD 
1 lb. pkg. miniature marshmallows
1 lb. seedless red grapes, cut in half
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
1/4 tsp. mustard
1/2 c. milk
4 egg yolks
Juice of 1 lemon
1 pt. whipping cream

In saucepan, cook together mustard, milk, and egg yolks over medium low heat until it makes a thick custard; stir continuously. Remove from heat when thickened; cool. When cooled, add juice of lemon. Prepare whipping cream as directed on carton. In large bowl, stir together custard mixture, whipped cream, marshmallows, grapes, pineapple, and nuts. cover bowl and refrigerate overnight. Must be refrigerated at least 8 hours to taste good!
