CARAMEL CORN 
2 sticks butter (or 1 c.)
2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white syrup
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
6 qts. popped popcorn
Peanuts (optional)

Put butter, sugar, syrup and salt in large pan; bring to a boil. Stir and boil 5 minutes; add soda and vanilla. Pour over popped popcorn. Mix well; let cool (add peanuts if you like also).
