MOM'S MICROWAVE MEATBALLS 
2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. minced onion
1 c. bread crumbs
1 tbsp. parsley
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 egg
1/2 c. milk

Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Shape into balls, place on a large plate and microwave for 10 minutes, covered with wax paper. Put in sauce of your choice and simmer for 45 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
