MOM'S MICROWAVE MEATBALLS | |
2 lb. ground beef 1/2 c. minced onion 1 c. bread crumbs 1 tbsp. parsley 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 egg 1/2 c. milk Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Shape into balls, place on a large plate and microwave for 10 minutes, covered with wax paper. Put in sauce of your choice and simmer for 45 minutes. |
