GREEK MEATBALLS 
MEATBALLS:

1 lb. ground turkey
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp. unseasoned dry bread crumbs
2 tbsp. chopped black olives
2 tbsp. snipped fresh parsley
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. dried oregano leaves
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp. ground allspice
1/8 tsp. pepper

SAUCE:

1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 tbsp. snipped fresh parsley
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash pepper

Combine all meatball ingredients in medium mixing bowl. Mix well. Shape into 36 meatballs, about 1 1/4 inches each. Place in a 10 inch square, microwave safe casserole. Set aside.

Blend all sauce ingredients in a 2 cup measure. Pour over meatballs. Cover with wax paper. Microwave at 70% power (medium high) from 8-13 minutes, or until meatballs are firm and cooked through, stirring gently after every 4 minutes. Makes 3 dozen appetizers.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
