BANANA SPLIT CAKE 
CRUST:

3 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 tsp. unflavored gelatin
3 tsp. powdered sugar
1 stick butter

FILLING:

2 eggs
2 c. powdered sugar
2 sticks butter

TOPPING:

3 bananas
2 c. crushed pineapple
2 (10 oz.) pkg. strawberries
Cool Whip

Combine crust ingredients and put into 9x13 inch pan.

Beat eggs, powdered sugar, and butter for 20 minutes (not less than 20 minutes). Pour over crust.

Slice 3 bananas on top of filling. Squirt with lemon juice. Spread well-drained pineapple and well-drained strawberries over bananas. Cover with Cool Whip. Refrigerate until served.
