CHICKEN & "DUMPLINGS" 
1 whole chicken
1 1/2 c. milk
15 biscuits
Pepper to taste
Salt to taste

Boil whole chicken in water. Enough water to cover chicken. Boil 1 1/2 hours. Remove chicken from water. Turn broth off. Take all meat off of bones. Put meat back in and bring to a boil. Roll out biscuits in flour, cut into thin slices and place into pot. Pour in 1 1/2 cups milk; salt and pepper to taste.
