GROUND BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 c. rice
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 can chow mein noodles

Brown ground beef, celery and onions in 1 tablespoon fat. Add soups, 1 1/2 cups hot water, rice and soy sauce; simmer 30 minutes.

Pour into greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Uncover; sprinkle chow mein noodles on top. Bake 15 minutes longer.
