CHICKEN AND RICE 
1 1/3 c. minute rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 c. boiling water
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped pimientos
1/2 env. dry Lipton onion soup mix
4 to 5 chicken breasts
1 stick melted butter
Sprinkle of paprika

In casserole, combine rice, water, mushroom soup, and dry soup. Mix well. Dip chicken in melted butter and seasonings, and place on top of rice mixture. Cover and bake at 375 degrees 1 hour and 15 minutes.
