PEACH MELBA 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen raspberries, strained (include pulp but not seeds)
2/3 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. cream of tartar
Cling peach halves
Vanilla ice cream

Boil quickly sugar, cream of tartar and raspberries, stirring constantly for 3 minutes while boiling. Remove from stove, cool. Cover and refrigerate. Serve with peaches and vanilla ice cream.
