PASSOVER ORANGE CAKE 
1 c. + 2 tbsp. sweet butter
2 1/4 c. sugar
6 lg. eggs
2 c. ground almonds
2 lg. oranges (grated peel & peeled sections)

Combine butter and sugar; add eggs, 1 at a time. Fold in almonds and orange peel. Pour three fourths of mixture into a greased 10" tube pan. Top with orange slices and remaining batter. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 1/2 hours.
