BARLEY BURGER STEW (LOW
CHOLESTEROL)
 
1 lb. ground turkey
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
1 1/2 qts. stewed tomatoes
2 tsp. salt
3 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. uncooked barley

Brown ground turkey - add remaining ingredients and simmer 1-1 1/2 hours.
