MISSISSIPPI MUD FUDGE CAKE 
1 c. butter (2 sticks)
4 eggs
1/3 c. cocoa
1 pkg. sm. marshmallows
1 pkg. confectioners' sugar
1/3 c. condensed milk
1 c. pecans
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. pecans
1/3 c. cocoa
1 c. (2 sticks) butter, melted
2 tbsp. white Karo syrup

Bring sticks of butter to room temperature.

Cake: Cream 2 sticks butter with sugar. Add eggs, one at a time. Add remaining ingredients (flour, cocoa, and pecans). Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Put bag of marshmallows on top of cake and bake 10 more minutes. Let cool.

Icing: Cream 1/3 cup cocoa with confectioners' sugar and 2 sticks butter. Add remaining ingredients and spread on top of cake.
