CHICKEN SPAGHETTI 
1/2 c. chicken broth
10 oz. box spaghetti, cooked
4 c. cooked and deboned chicken
1 med. size jar pimento, diced
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can tomato sauce
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. chili pepper
1 tbsp. butter
1 garlic button

Chop garlic in large pan of water. Add chicken and cook until very tender. Removed chicken and debone and chop (about 4 cups). Bring water and garlic to boil. Add spaghetti and cook as directed on package. Drain spaghetti and rinse. Save 1/2 cup broth. Saute onions and peppers in butter. Add rest of ingredients. Save 1/2 cup cheese. Mix well. Pour into baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until bubbly. Add the 1/2 cup grated cheese and bake until cheese browns.
