CHICKEN CHEESE ENCHILADAS 
SAUCE:

4 oz. can mild green chilies, diced
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 cans cream of chicken soup
3/4 to 1 can water

Mix together above ingredients.

FILLING:

12 tortillas, flour type
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 c. chopped onion
2 to 3 c. chopped chicken

Layer filling into each tortilla. Roll and place in baking dish. Pour sauce over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
